The ​Schedule​ time element schedules a delay between two steps on your whiteboard plan. The system waits until the specified time before the contact moves to the next step.

If a previous step does not finish before the time specified in the ​Schedule​ element, the system waits until the next day to proceed.

​Wait until​

The system waits until the specified time before the contact moves to the next step.

​Time Zone​

Defines the time zone the system uses to calculate the time.

This field is populated based on the ​Time Zone​ selection in ​Whiteboard Settings​ >​Whiteboard Time Zone​. By default, the time zone of the system user is selected.

​Specific Days​

Toggle the ​Specific Days​ option to define until which day of the week the system waits before the contact moves to the next step. You can select more than one day.

Click the desired day of the week. The selected day is highlighted in blue, while the unselected days are displayed in white.
