Run Once Time-Based Automation

Goal

To execute a time-based automation one time. This allows you to check the functionality of the automation without changing the automation status or schedule.

Background Information​

Run Once​ performs one execution of the selected automation. Execution takes place immediately. Run once does not change the status or schedule of the automation.

The run once execution is recorded as the ​Last Execution​ in the ​Details​ area.

Event-based automations do not offer a run once function.

Procedure

1. ​In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Automation​s > Automations.
   ⇒ The ​Time-based Automations Overview​ window opens.
2. Select the checkbox of the desired automation.
3. Click the ​Run Once​ button.
   ⇒ A status message informs you that the automation was executed.
   If there are any errors during processing, the owner is informed via email.
