Navigation Path​

  1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click   Administration​ > ​Attributes​ > ​Related Data​.
  2. In the ​Actions​ column, click > ​Show Structure​ or the symbol.
  3. Click ​Table Views​.

Table Views tab

A Data View is a predefined link between Related Data Sets for cross table queries. Links are defined in the Related Data Set definition. Data Views are available in the context of Related Data Set linked to the user Profile Attribute.

Table views are needed for cross-table related data queries in Mapp's Segmentation Builder.

Available setup

SettingDescription
View NameName of the Table View. This view is available for selection in Segmentation Builder.
Link ToThe main Data Set to which we are linking another table.
Linking ColumnThe column in the main Dataset that is linked to the key in the second Dataset.  
Linked Data SetThe second dataset that is linked.
