​IP address privacy filter​

When you check this box, Mapp Acquire only stores a truncated version of the IP address, not the full IP address.

Geographic location privacy filter​

When you check this box, Mapp Acquire does not store the latitude and longitude obtained from a IP lookup.

Browser details privacy filter​

Mapp Acquire does not store the user agent.

A user agent is any software that retrieves, renders, and facilitates end user interaction with web content, or whose user interface is implemented using web technologies. For more information on user agents, see www.w3.org.
