Goal

To approve a message from an author and start sendout of the message.

Background Information

Message moderation is an approval process for emails. The author lacks the right to send a message directly. Instead, the author sends a review request to an approvers list. All members on the list of approvers receive the message. The approver who reacts first can approve or reject the message. Based on the decision of the approver, Mapp Engage starts the sendout or changes the status of the message to rejected.

Message moderation can be carried out via email or in the system.

Prerequisites

  • The approver is added to a list of approvers.

  • The approver is on the list of approvers that is assigned to the group that is selected for sendout.

Procedure
