Mapp has added Direct Mail to its channel offering. In collaboration with optilyz, you can now send printed mail to your contacts. This solution can be applied to a broad range of scenarios, aimed at achieving more engagement from your contacts and improving your reach.

With Mapp's Direct Mail solution, you can reach out to your contacts with highly personalized print mail. 

  • Combine and automate online and offline campaigns with the help of Mapp's Whiteboard.
  • Choose from a variety of formats - letters, postcards, gift cards, vouchers, or your custom format.
  • optilyz validates postal addresses for you, so that you only print and send mail that can be delivered.
  • Reach contacts who are not active on other channels, or who don't fulfill double opt-in requirements for email communication - direct mail doesn't require any kind of opt-in.


This feature is part of our Spring 2021 product update and is available as of 11 May 2021. To make use of this feature, you need to have a contract with optilyz. If you have no contract with optilyz, reach out to your Customer Success or Account Manager at Mapp for information and support.

How does it work?

Mapp and optilyz are integrated via API.
