Each contact follows a unique path depending on the criteria that are defined in the filter. The number of paths is not limited. You can use the
symbol to drag and drop paths to change their order. If you move a path all of its subsequent steps are also moved! For example, if you drag a negative path into the field of the positive path, it retains its structure. However, the logic changes to match the new conditions.
You can also change the split-step type at any time. If you change a step with multiple paths to have fewer paths, the system adds a split decision field to the updated step. Choose the paths that you want to keep from the drop-down list.
