Goal​

To look up information that is saved in a related data record. All columns of the record are displayed.

Prerequisites​

The Related Data function has been activated on your Mapp Engage systems.

You have permission to create related data sets:

  • Permission to view and change your own related data sets: ​Permission 150 Related Data: Edit own related data sets​.

  • Permission to view and change all related data sets: ​Permission 153 Related Data: Edit all related data sets​.

Procedure​

  1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​ Administration​ > ​Attributes​.
    ⇒ The ​User Attributes Overview​ window opens.
  2. Click the ​Related Data​ tab.
    ⇒ The ​Related Data Overview​ window opens.
  3.  Click the symbol next to the related data set that contains the data.
    ⇒ The ​Related Data structure for dataset: <Name>​ window opens.
  4. Click the ​Data​ tab.
    ⇒ The ​Related Data for dataset: <Name>​ window opens.
  5. Enter the ​Key Prefix ​and click ​Search​.
    You can perform a partial search by entering the characters (no REGEX or wildcards needed).
  6. Click the symbol next to the record for which you want to check the content.
    ⇒ The information that is saved in the record displays.
