To create a location cluster.
The relevant Mapp SDK is integrated with your mobile applications.
The Location Manager is enabled on your Engage system. If the Location Manager is not enabled, contact your account manager.
Create a Cluster When Configuring a Location
- Follow this procedure from the Location Configuration flow: Create a Location
- Step 2 - Click Next
⇒ Step 3. Cluster opens. - Select Add to new cluster. This option opens a form where you can create a cluster.
- Click Next
⇒ Step 4. Delivery opens. - Click Next
⇒ Step 5. Summary opens. - Click Save
⇒ The Activate button is enabled. - Click Activate
⇒ All settings are applied and your location and remain active as defined. - Click Close
⇒ Locations overview opens.
Outcome: The cluster contains one location.
Create a Cluster in Clusters tab
- In the main navigation, click Audience > Location Management.
⇒ Locations overview opens. - Click the Clusters tab.
⇒ The clusters overview page opens. - Click Create Cluster.
⇒ Create Cluster form opens. - Create Cluster form. Enter a unique name of the cluster. The description is optional.
- Click Create.
⇒ Clusters overview with newly created cluster opens.
Outcome: The cluster contains 0 locations when created.
