For example, it allows you to offer less discount for people that are likely to buy anyway. Why offering a coupon for these users?

Let's have a look at how you can do this:

  1. Create two Segments

    AI-based segments are a feature of Mapp Intelligence. You can use it in Engage in the segmentation builder under Intelligence > CI Segments
    Choose the CI Segment in the setup pane.

    In this example, we want to message we have to create 3 segments:
    A) a segment with a high conversion probability
    B) a segment with a mid conversion probability
    C) a segment with a low conversion probability

  2. Check the size of the audience that belongs to each segment. You can view this under the "Number of Contacts" column. 

  3. Use these segments in a whiteboard. This allows you to adapt your send out per user group.
