  1. In the ​main navigation​, click Data Management > Mapp Connect.
    The ​List of Mapp Connect Integrations​ window opens with an overview of available third-party add-on applications.
  2. Click the 250ok card.
    The ​Configure Add-On​ window opens.

Purpose​

Use this window to manage the setup of your 250ok add-on.

What can I do in this window?

  • View basic information on your 250ok account.

  • Deactivate or reactivate your ​Inbox Rendering​ or ​Inbox Monitoring​ features.

  • Made adaptations to the seedlist that is used to test your email messages.

  • View the use statistics for the number of ​Inbox Rendering​ and ​Inbox Monitoring​ tests that you have run.

Setup

 Account Setup

This section provides general information on the 250OK add-on, the connection status, and account name and ID for authentication.
Here you can enable or disable the add-on and the add-on features.

Description

​Basic Information​

Shows information on the add-on. These fields cannot be edited for 250ok.

​Status​

This toggle switch in enabled by default. To disable the add-on, click the toggle switch.

​Connection​

Shows the connection status of the add-on.

​Authentication​

The ​Child Account ID ​and ​Mapp Customer ID​ are shown for informational purposes.

The ​REGENERATE CHILD ACCOUNT API KEY​ button recreates the API key that is used to connect your Mapp Engage system to 250OK.

This function is only available to the project manager. This key can be regenerated if there are errors in the inbox monitoring or the account is not active. These errors occur only if the key is expired, locked, or not generated upon system creation.

​Features​

​Inbox Rendering​ This toggle switch turns the inbox rendering feature off and on. The default setting is ​Yes​ (on).

Any limit to the number of inbox rendering tests, or an expiration of this feature on your system appears here.

​Inbox Monitoring​ This toggle switch turns the inbox monitoring feature off and on. The default setting is ​Yes​ (on).

​Save​

Saves any changes that you make to the 250OK settings.

There is no prompt. If you make changes and exit ​Mapp Connect​, your changes are not saved automatically.

 Usage Monitoring Seedlist

A seedlist is a list of email addresses that Mapp Engage sends an email to before you send the final email out to your group. Mapp Engage uses the seedlist to test the email across different email clients and devices.
This tab provides options to adapt the email seedlist that is used for inbox monitoring and deliverability testing.

​Refresh Seedlist​

Determines if you refresh the seedlist manually or automatically at periodical intervals.

You can select automatic refresh periods of monthly, weekly, or daily.

​Optimize Seedlist​

​Automatic Optimization​ uses the ​250ok Seedlist Optimizer​.

Based on a sample of the mailing list, Mapp analyzes where your messages are sent. This analysis provides total visibility into which ISPs make up your mailing list so you can prioritize resources accordingly.

​Manual Optimization​ gives you the flexibility to define how you want to apply different weightings to delivery scores across different ISPs. See ​Weight Seedlist​ below.

​Seedlist Regions​ are geographical or company-based lists that are used for the seedlists.
