Umlauts are not depicted (example: instead of "รค" the system will show "a").
The determination is done via the IP address.
Every user is assigned to a fixed dial-in node. Thus, even small cities can create noticeably heavy traffic. If you configured the IP addresses to be deleted completely in the system configuration in the section Data Collection, the origin can not be determined.
