Important Notes and Recommendations
The algorithm is triggered after 5 mail open events are gathered
The Sendout for the particular contact might be postponed by no more than 24 hours

The feature has been available since Q4'19 and is now extended to all Sendout methods in Engage. This feature might require contractual changes. Please contact your Account Manager.
