Mapp Engage automatically generates a report after each contact import. An email version of the report is as a system message. This system message includes a link to a more detailed version of the report in the Contact Import Report window. The Contact Import Report shows the results of the import.

If the import file was imported manually, the system message is sent to the email address of the system user who imported the file. For automated imports, Mapp Engage sends the report to the owner of the group and any system user that was added for notification.

The system message provides a brief summary of the import results. A link in the message provides access to the login page of Mapp Engage. After login, Mapp Engage opens the Contact Import Report window directly.

Hint:

Each report link is valid for 14 days after the import.
